180 studenti in Hera per formarsi
Saranno circa 180 gli studenti che nei prossimi tre anni trascorreranno due mesi all’anno all’interno delle sedi emiliano-romagnole del Gruppo Hera, svolgendo attività sui processi reali di lavoro affiancati dal personale della multiutility. È questo l’obiettivo del protocollo d’intesa tra Hera e Ufficio Scolastico Regionale per l’Emilia-Romagna, che attiveranno nei prossimi mesi progetti di alternanza scuola-lavoro.
In tutte le province emiliano-romagnole servite dalla multiutility (Bologna, Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Modena, Ravenna, Rimini) verranno attivati con le scuole, in particolare con le classi terze e quarte degli istituti tecnici, 180 percorsi di alternanza scuola-lavoro e stage estivi. Tecnici e manager Hera faranno da tutor, definendo insieme agli insegnanti percorsi specifici che consentano agli studenti di rafforzare e integrare le competenze già apprese a scuola attraverso esperienze professionali in azienda.
“Da un lato, contribuiamo a formare i tecnici del futuro offrendo loro una chance in più per farsi valere nel mondo del lavoro. Dall’altro, è per noi una sfida: il momento in cui trasmettiamo ai giovani il nostro know-how è un’occasione per riflettere sul nostro lavoro e migliorarlo” ha spiegato Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano, presidente esecutivo del Gruppo Hera. “Nelle scuole, dalle materne alle superiori, da anni siamo attivi con progetti di educazione ambientale, ora completiamo il nostro contributo formativo con iniziative innovative di alternanza scuola-lavoro. E a garanzia di un investimento continuo sulle persone, in particolare sui giovani, stiamo provvedendo quest’anno a oltre 200 assunzioni, tra cui un centinaio di tirocini”.
Per quest’anno scolastico i percorsi attivati da Hera coinvolgeranno 60 studenti iscritti nelle varie province ai seguenti indirizzi di studio:amministrazione finanza e marketing (a Bologna e Ferrara), sistemi informativi aziendali (Bologna, Ferrara, Ravenna), elettronica elettrotecnica chimica e materiali ed energia (in tutte le province), biotecnologie ambientali (Bologna e Forlì-Cesena), informatica(Bologna). I progetti di alternanza scuola-lavoro si terranno soprattutto nel secondo quadrimestre e avranno durata per ogni studente dalle 160 alle 200 ore all’anno. Gli stage estivi partiranno da un minimo di 160 ore e verranno svolti tra giugno e agosto 2016.
Tutte le attività verranno monitorate e sono previsti momenti di valutazione, finalizzati alla crescita dei ragazzi. Al termine del progetto verranno rilasciate da Hera le certificazioni delle competenze tecnico-professionali acquisite, in linea con gli standard europei.
