La Commissione europea ha indetto il concorso fotografico What does science mean to you? allo scopo di incoraggiare lo studio delle scienze nelle giovani donne.
Che cosa significano le scienze per te? Raffigura il senso in uno scatto fotografico.
Sono invitati a partecipare i giovani dai 13 ai 18 anni, divisi in squadre di tre partecipanti, di cui almeno 2 ragazze.
La foto non deve raffigurare nessun soggetto identificabile.
Modalità di partecipazione
Ogni mese tra il 15 gennaio e il 15 maggio, le squadre sono invitate a inviare le loro foto attraverso il sito Science: It’s a girl thing, dedicato alla ricerca e innovazione scientifica “al femminile”.
Le foto saranno valutate dai pari. Ogni mese, si annunceranno i vincitori in base al risultato dei voti online. Le 12 foto vincitrici mensilmente saranno inviate alla giuria finale che stabilirà i tre finalisti.
La squadra che avrà ottenuto il maggior numero di voti vincerà un viaggio a Milano, a Settembre 2015, per partecipare al concorso per Giovani Scienziati dell’Unione Europea.
I Secondi e terzi classificati vinceranno rispettivamente un orologio e un Bluetooth Speaker.
Scadenza
La competizione è mensile e le foto possono essere presentate tutti i mesi dal giorno 16 alla fine del mese con scadenza 31 Marzo e 30 Aprile 2015.
