Seminario Internazionale Orientamento
“Le Recenti Acquisizioni Teoriche e Metodologiche nell’ Orientamento”. È questo il titolo del seminario internazionale sull’Orientamento che ha dato il via allo Young International Forum di Rimini.
Il workshop ha visto il prezioso contributo di due tra i più importanti ricercatori europei sulle tematiche del Counselling e della Psicologia dell’Orientamento: da Lyn Barham (membro dell’Istituto Nazionale per l’Orientamento e il Counselling inglese), ricercatrice internazionalmente nota per i suoi studi sul tema dello sviluppo delle carriere nel corso dell’intero ciclo di vita a Annamaria Di Fabio (Professore Associato di Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni presso l’Università di Firenze), fino a Gianluca Ficca, professore Associato di Psicologia Generale presso l’Università di Napoli II.
Durante la mattinata sono state discusse e analizzate le principali acquisizioni teoriche e metodologiche dell’orientamento scolastico e professionale, per riportarle al di fuori del mero contesto accademico e per calarlo finalmente nel mondo scolastico quotidiano.
“Ringrazio i docenti delle scuole: Rimini oggi è una grande piattaforma di ascolto dei giovani. La buona scuola è quella che dà ai ragazzi la possibilità di avere uno sguardo sul mondo” – ha esordito Mariano Berriola, presidente della Fondazione educativa Italia Orienta.
Sulla connessione tra il mondo della scuola e quello delle imprese, invece, si è concentrato Fabrizio Moretti, presidente Camera di commercio di Rimini, mentre per la professoressa Di Fabio occorre puntare a un vero e proprio orientamento innovativo in Italia.
Durante il seminario non sono mancati, infine, numerosi spunti di riflessioni da parte dei docenti presenti, che hanno sollecitato gli speaker sui temi più attuali dell’orientamento e li hanno chiamati al confronto.
