È quanto emerge da un sondaggio Ixè-Italia Orienta, presentato il 13 ottobre a Roma, durante lo Young International Forum. “I risultati mostrano che il sistema scolastico e universitario italiano gode di ottima reputazione”, ha detto Roberto Weber, presidente di Ixè, che ha condotto la ricerca su un campione di 550 persone, tutte con figli in età scolare. “Il 43,8%, anche potendo scegliere, oggi farebbe studiare i propri figli in Italia. Non è un dato da poco. Il grado di soddisfazione per gli insegnanti, oltre il 70%, conferma la sostanziale fiducia nella scuola di casa nostra”.
Da segnalare, inoltre, che il futuro professionale sognato per i figli è soprattutto quello da liberi professionisti (25,5%), seguito da medico (18,7%) e ingegnere (11%). “Questo risultato certifica che ormai sempre meno credono nel posto fisso – ha aggiunto Mariano Berriola, presidente di Italia Orienta, la Fondazione che organizza lo Young International Forum, giunto quest’anno alla settima edizione – Per la scuola e l’universita’ italiane si tratta di una sfida ulteriore, per preparare al meglio i giovani al mondo del lavoro”.
