Numerose e diversificate sono le attività relative all’Orientamento con le seguenti finalità :
Far conoscere la ricchezza e l’unicità dell’offerta formativa del nuovo Poloai soggetti esterni alla scuola.
Promuovere l’orientamento quale “strategia” che investe il processo globale di crescita della persona, che si estende lungo tutto il corso della vita.
Sviluppare competenze orientative quali: l’attivazione critica nei confronti dei problemi, la canalizzazione delle energie rispetto agli obiettivi, la responsabilizzazione verso gli impegni.
Gli interventi si suddividono in aree afferenti a:
– orientamento in ingresso
– orientamento in itinere
– orientamento alla cultura del lavoro, dell’impresa e della cooperazione
– orientamento universitario / post-diploma
Ognuna di queste ha specifici destinatari e azioni dedicate.
Per il raggiungimento delle finalità e degli obiettivi propri di un buon orientamento, l’Istituto si avvale di una fitta rete di relazioni sul territorio e della partecipazione a specifici progetti in collaborazione con soggetti esterni.
La scuola si presenta
Il Polo Commerciale, Artistico, Grafico e Musicale “L. Bianciardi” è un’istituzione scolastica relativamente nuova; si è costituita il 1 settembre 2011, per effetto del dimensionamento della rete scolastica provinciale ed è stata intitolata allo scrittore e intellettuale grossetano Luciano Bianciardi.
Il dimensionamento ha ricomposto nel Polo percorsi di istruzione già esistenti sul territorio, prevedendone anche dei nuovi ridefinendo, così, tutta l’offerta formativa in termini di ordinamenti scolastici e indirizzi di studio. La nuova autonomia comprende:
- un ordinamento liceale: Liceo musicale e Liceo artistico (Arti Figurative e Architettura e Ambiente
- un ordinamento tecnico:Grafica e Comunicazione
- un ordinamento professionale: Servizi Commerciali e Grafico multimediale
- due corsi per adulti (Servizi Commerciali e Liceo Artistico)
Un vero e proprio polo educativo e formativo, che rappresenta una realtà unica sul territorio provinciale. Aggrega percorsi di studio legati agli ambiti dell’arte, della grafica, della musica con l’indirizzo dei Servizi commerciali che fornisce competenze trasversali indispensabili per la creazione e la gestione d’impresa. L’Istituto è anche accreditato presso la Regione Toscana come Agenzia Formativa.
