Il Miur pubblica la guida operativa all’alternanza scuola lavoro
Arriva nelle scuole il primo “manuale” per la progettazione dei percorsi di alternanza scuola lavoro. Novantaquattro pagine, allegati esemplificativi compresi, pensate per guidare passo dopo passo dirigenti scolastici e docenti, dall’ideazione del progetto al momento del monitoraggio finale.
La Guida operativa è stata inviata alle scuole secondarie di secondo grado accompagnata da una lettera del Ministro dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca Stefania Giannini. La Buona Scuola ha fatto fare un “balzo in avanti al rapporto fra scuola e lavoro”, ricorda il Ministro. L’alternanza diventa da quest’anno “un elemento strutturale dell’offerta formativa”. Con almeno 400 ore da effettuare negli ultimi tre anni degli istituti tecnici e professionali e 200 nei licei.
“Si tratta di una vera e propria rivoluzione, che questo Governo ha inteso sostenere anche finanziariamente con una dote di 100 milioni di euro all’anno”, ricorda Giannini nella lettera di accompagnamento. “Siamo pronti a partire: quest’anno avremo almeno 500.000 ragazzi impegnati obbligatoriamente nell’alternanza. A regime, sul triennio, saranno circa 1 milione e mezzo gli studenti coinvolti”.
A fronte del nuovo obbligo, il Miur ha voluto fornire una Guida molto pratica che parte dal contesto normativo di riferimento, ripercorrendo tutte le novità previste dalla riforma, per poi addentrarsi nei passaggi necessari per attivare i percorsi di alternanza. Che da quest’anno, per effetto della Buona Scuola, potranno essere svolti anche in periodi extra scolastici, ad esempio in estate, e anche all’estero. Sarà possibile per i ragazzi andare non solo nelle imprese, ma anche in enti pubblici e nelle istituzioni culturali. È la prima volta che alle scuole viene fornito uno strumento di questo tipo.
“Quella dell’alternanza è un’innovazione storica per l’impianto formativo della scuola italiana, perché punta ad aprire le porte delle scuole alle esperienze e alle competenze che si formano fuori dall’aula, unendo sapere e saper fare”, ricorda il Ministro. Alla Guida faranno seguito “la Carta dei diritti e dei doveri degli studenti in alternanza e il Registro nazionale dell’alternanza in cui saranno visibili enti e imprese disponibili a svolgere questi percorsi”. Nei prossimi mesi ci saranno iniziative di assistenza tecnica, di accompagnamento e di monitoraggio.
