Workshop, incontri e test di orientamento al centro della giornata dedicata agli studenti delle classi IV e V di diversi istituti del territorio. Ospite speciale della giornata sarà Pinuccio, all’anagrafe Alessio Giannone, inviato di “Striscia la Notizia”.

Bari – Approda in Puglia, nella città di Bari, la sesta edizione del tour di Italia Orienta. A Bari, docenti, psicologi ed esperti di orientamento accompagneranno i ragazzi nelle diverse attività, tra le quali laboratori e workshop, per capire meglio se stessi anche attraverso test creati apposta per loro. “Il tasso di abbandono accademico in Italia ha punte del 35% e la percentuale dei laureati è ancora troppo bassa, insieme alla coerenza tra gli studi compiuti e la professione esercitata”, ha sottolineato il presidente di Italia Orienta, Mariano Berriola. “L’orientamento è essenziale per la prevenzione della dispersione e dell’abbandono scolastico, per garantire le migliori opportunità di crescita per far decollare progetti territoriali cuciti addosso alle esigenze dei nostri ragazzi. Quello che a noi interessa è capire quale sarà il futuro che il ragazzo immagina, il lavoro che vorrebbe fare. Da qui l’idea di organizzare laboratori, dimostrazioni concrete e incontri con i professionisti dei più diversi settori, dal giornalismo al mondo dello spettacolo, perché se vuoi svolgere una professione devi prima conoscerla”.
“Alla volontà di aiutare gli alunni a costruire il loro progetto di vita formativo – sottolinea Ivana Lastilla, referente per l’orientamento in uscita dell’Istituto Giulio Cesare di Bari – ha risposto appieno l’iniziativa dell’Educational Tour” di Italia Orienta, giunto ormai alla sua sesta edizione. Non è il primo anno che il nostro Istituto apre le porte a questa attività svolta in favore dell’educazione, della formazione, dell’innovazione. Ancora una volta, il prossimo 18 aprile, i giovani allievi del territorio, provenienti anche da altri Istituti della città di Bari, diventano protagonisti di una giornata dedicata con competenza e professionalità alle loro scelte universitarie. Sin dagli anni scorsi, infatti, questa forma di orientamento itinerante ha soddisfatto appieno le esigenze e le richieste dei nostri ragazzi proponendo un’organizzazione efficace e facilitando, con un’ampia gamma di strumenti, attività di riflessione e informazione, un proficuo progetto di vita professionale. L’anno scorso i ragazzi sono stati coinvolti e seguiti con energia, entusiasmo e giusta professionalità”.
Il tour toccherà 27 città italiane per raccontare ai ragazzi quello che li aspetta dopo il diploma. In questa edizione, gli esperti di Italia Orienta incontreranno circa 20mila studenti, docenti e presidi di oltre 210 istituti, dai Licei ai Professionali, per confrontarsi sul delicato passaggio tra scuola e lavoro.
