La scuola, nucleo formativo della società, ha il dovere di offrire alle nuove generazioni gli strumenti per inserirsi al meglio in una realtà sempre più complessa e dinamica. Pertanto il nostro istituto svolge da tempo due attività parallele e sinergiche: l’una tesa ad offrire una preparazione più ampia ed approfondita possibile, l’altra finalizzata ad orientare gli studenti nella scelta del proprio futuro in base alle attitudini e alla formazione di ognuno.
Le attività di orientamento in uscita prevedono corsi di preparazione ai test di ammissione alle facoltà, partecipazione ad iniziative organizzate da Enti e università, incontri con rappresentanti del mondo imprenditoriale e professionale. Inoltre il Liceo realizza un Progetto di Alternanza Scuola/Lavoro per gli allievi delle classi quarte: uno stage presso Enti o aziende e studi professionali privati che favorisce negli allievi il processo di autoconsapevolezza e di conoscenza della realtà esterna, terreno indispensabile per scelte efficaci.
La scuola si presenta
Il Liceo valorizza la formazione culturale tradizionale, riservando comunque grande attenzione alle innovazioni. Il Comitato tecnico- scientifico fornisce indicazioni su come migliorare un’offerta formativa spendibile in più aree che renda gli alunni cittadini responsabili e critici nelle scelte, disposti ad affrontare il cambiamento e consapevoli che la cittadinanza europea comporta l’apertura al confronto con la diversità.
Il Liceo offre corsi di potenziamento per l’acquisizione di una certificazione delle competenze, spendibile sia in ambito accademico che lavorativo: PET e FCE per Inglese, DELF Francese e ZDJ Tedesco, ECDL per l’informatica. La scuola favorisce inoltre esperienze di studio all’estero e scambi culturali nell’ambito del programma Erasmus+. L’offerta formativa è ampliata da numerosi progetti che favoriscono una crescita armonica e rispettosa delle esigenze di ogni allievo.Oggi il Liceo Scientifico tradizionale si arricchisce dell’opzione Scienze Applicate.
