“Teoria e prassi dell’Orientamento Scolastico”

OBIETTIVI GENERALI
Il Comitato Didattico e di Ricerca della Fondazione “Italia Orienta” ha indetto la procedura di selezione per la partecipazione al corso di formazione: “Teoria e Prassi dell’Orientamento Scolastico”, volto a fornire ai partecipanti gli strumenti per indirizzare le proprie competenze professionali al servizio dei percorsi di Orientamento Scolastico degli studenti di scuole secondarie di I e II grado.
La Fondazione promuove progetti su tutto il territorio nazionale e collabora con la Rete “Italia Orienta”, che associa Istituti scolastici in tutta Italia. Il presente Corso intende pertanto arricchire tale gruppo di lavoro, individuando e formando il futuro pool di Orientatori attraverso un percorso formativo che prevede anche un vero e proprio training “sul campo”.
MODALITA’ DI SVOLGIMENTO
Organizzazione: Il Corso si svolgerà a Roma nel 2016 e sarà articolato su un totale di 48 ore d’aula e 32 ore di training sul campo. Tale monte ore sarà strutturato in sei giornate di lavoro, ciascuna comprendente quattro ore di lezione frontale e quattro di workshop pratico esperienziale. Le docenze e il coordinamento dei workshop saranno a cura dei membri del Comitato Didattico e di Ricerca e dei professionisti dello staff di “Italia Orienta”. Al termine del corso, verrà effettuata una prova di verifica delle competenze acquisite.
Esiti: Tutti i partecipanti che avranno frequentato il corso per almeno l’80% delle ore previste e che avranno superato la verifica finale, avranno l’attestato “Italia Orienta” di partecipazione e potranno essere selezionati fra i professionisti a cui saranno assegnati i progetti Italia Orienta per gli anni 2016 e successivi.
