Liceo Scientifico
In linea con le Indicazioni Nazionali che, delineano un percorso del liceo scientifico ( 8 del D.P.R. n. 89/2010) “indirizzato allo studio del nesso tra cultura scientifica e tradizione umanistica”, nel nostro Istituto, grazie ad un’esperienza di un quarantennio, si sviluppa una didattica volta all’arricchimento della conoscenza, tra sperimentazione ed innovazione.
Liceo Scientifico opzione scienze applicate
“L’opzione «scienze applicate» (Art. 8 del D.P.R. n. 89/2010) fornisce allo studente competenze particolarmente avanzate negli studi afferenti alla cultura scientifico-tecnologica, con particolare riferimento alle scienze matematiche, fisiche, chimiche, biologiche, della terra, all’informatica e alle loro applicazioni”. Il percorso facilitato da ben tre laboratori di ultima generazione, un laboratorio itinerante e spazi scientifici studiati per consentire l’applicazione dei concetti teorici, rappresentano un punto di forza che si traduce nella formazione di una mente critica ed intuitiva, portata naturalmente alla ricerca e alla curiosità.
Liceo Linguistico
Il nostro Liceo linguistico come citato nelle Indicazioni Nazionali ( 6 del D.P.R. n. 89/2010) “è indirizzato allo studio di più sistemi linguistici e culturali”. La padronanza comunicativa di tre lingue comunitarie oltre la conoscenza dell’italiano e della tradizionale cultura umanistica, legata allo studio del latino, indirizza lo studente all’acquisizione di competenze necessarie volte a “comprendere criticamente l’identità storica e culturale di tradizioni e civiltà diverse”. Certificazioni di lingua inglese, francese, spagnola direttamente curate da responsabili esperti del settore all’interno del nostro Istituto sono solo alcune delle opportunità fornite da questo indirizzo moderno e stimolante.

Come recita il DM 487/97 l’orientamento “… costituisce parte integrante dei curricoli di studio e
[ …]si esplica in un insieme di attività che mirano a formare e a potenziare le capacità delle studentesse e degli studenti di conoscere se stessi, l’ambiente in cui vivono, i mutamenti culturali e socio-economici, le offerte formative… Informazione, formazione, consulenza diventano obiettivi funzionali alla nascita di una autoconsapevolezza delle proprie attitudini e capacità finalizzate alla promozione di un progetto di vita responsabile ed attivo. A questo proposito si realizzano iniziative di orientamento all’interno delle attività curricolari attraverso il contatto con numerose Università ed Enti di Formazione Superiore presenti sul territorio e non, ma anche attraverso una didattica orientativa affidata ai singoli docenti e agli sportelli di consulenza gestiti dagli esperti del CIC.
Si aggiungono a questo” lo sviluppo di iniziative studio-lavoro”, che alla luce della legge 107 del 2015 costituiscono un percorso di orientamento utile alla scelta professionale, al termine del percorso di studio. Il periodo di alternanza scuola-lavoro (200 ore per il Liceo) offre occasioni di esperienze variegate per la valorizzazione delle competenze acquisite.
